Your beliefs become your thoughts,

Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.

Having a group of religious friends who lived the holy life, i realize their words are usually positive , inspiring and kind. It made me believe the essence and importance to practice kind words and fill up our vocabularies with words that build up people and society.
